PM says Russia to spend 12 tln rbl/year on plan of national goals

MOSCOW, Oct 28 (PRIME) -- The financing of a 10-year common national goals plan will amount to 12 trillion rubles per year, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Wednesday.

"Annual spending on the common plan (until 2030) will amount to more than 12 trillion rubles, this is more than a half of the next year's budget," Mishustin said.

He said that the government proposes to refocus the budget to fulfillment of the national development goals, and to link financing with the results of development. The municipalities will control spending on the national goals.
